Nine persons including Amin were arrested a few days ago in DI Khan while they were trying to escape to Karachi, The Daily Times reported.
It may be recalled that the video, which was revealed in April, attracted international outrage and criticism.
The two-minute video showed a veiled girl, face down on the ground with two men holding her arms and feet. A third man whipped her backside repeatedly for allegedly having 'illicit relations with her father-in-law' - causing her to scream: "Either stop it or kill me."
Worldwide condemnation of the incident had also forced President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza to order a probe.
Taking a sou-motu action, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry had asked the federal interior secretary, the North West Frontier Province (NWFP) Chief Secretary and the NWFP Inspector General of Police (IGP) to appear before the court.
Notices were also issued to the Attorney General of Pakistan, the NWFP Advocate General and the President of the NWFP High Court Bar Association. (ANI)
