South African man weds four brides at same ceremony!

London, September 28 (ANI): A South African man took home four brides after tying the knot with all of them at the same time on September 26.

Milton Mbhele gave each of his bride rings and a kiss at the ceremony in Weenen, near Ladysmith.

The 44-year-old has been married to wife of 12 years Thobile Vilakazi, and is father of 11 kids.

"I think getting married to her for the second time would make her happy since I will be taking in three other wives so this will relieve her in some way," the Telegraph quoted Mbhele as saying.

Mbhele, a municipal manager in Indaka, wedded 24-year-olds Zanele Langa and Happiness Mdlolo, whom he calls his "middle wives".

His youngest wife, 23-year-old Smangele Cele, said: "It is because of the way in which he shows his love for me. He loves me in all ways. We will not be living in the same house and we take each other as friends." (ANI)
