Pak should interrogate Saeed on 26/11 attacks: PC

P Chidambaram
Chennai, Sep 21: Union Home Minister P Chidambaram on Monday, Sep 21 said that Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed should be interrogated for the Mumbai terror attacks.

Chidambaram after inaugurating non-stop Chennai-New Delhi Duronto Express said that entire evidence against Saeed's involvement in the 26/11 attacks is present in Pakistan itself.

"He has been charged under two FIR's unrelated to the 26/11. But if that is a face saving technique, I have no objection. His role in the 26/11 must be investigated," said Chidambaram.

"The evidence is not on Indian soil. All the evidence against Saeed is on Pakistan's soil. Therefore, one must investigate in Pakistan and find evidence in Pakistan," he added
