Katni, Sep 17: At least six persons were killed and 16 others were injured when a three-storey house collapsed here on Thursday, Sep 17.

The building at Ishwarpura locality collapsed last night, killing the house owner and five others.

Five of the seriously injured persons have been admitted to Jabalpur Hospital for treatment.

The district administration has announced Rs 5,000 each to next of kin of the deceased and Rs 2,000 each for the injured.
