Indian airlines follow Jet, reduce fares

Mumbai, Sep 15: Following Jet Airways announcement of slashing airfares by 50 per cent, all Indian airlines have reduced their fares by 50 per cent for the next three days.

The recent pilot strike in which, Jet Airways lost Rs 200 crore dipped the booking from 23,000 to 7,500 per day.

The airways offered '50 per cent discount on total fare (economy class)' on all domestic flights across Jet Airways and Jet Konnect.

The offer would be valid till Friday, Sep 18.
