Three-storied building collapses in Faridabad, one dead

Faridabad, Sep 9(ANI): One person was killed and several others were feared trapped inside the debris of a three-storey building, which collapsed on Wednesday in Haryana's Faridabad district.

According to the police, at least two people were taken out of the debris with serious injuries shortly after City Centre building, collapsed. The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals.

Rescue teams have been rushed to the spot and are being assisted by fire fighters and the police.

No reason has been attributed for the building collapse till now, however, it is believed that some renovation work was being carried out in the building. (ANI)

Agra, Jan 17: In yet another step to restore the beauty of Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world, the Archaeological department has decided to clear the nests of birds and bats inside the monument.
