Lahore, Aug.16 (ANI): Threat from India still looms large over Pakistan, well known Pakistani journalist and Chairman Nazria Pakistan Trust Majid Nizami has said.
Addressing the seventh ideological training workshop of teachers organised by Nazria Pakistan Trust, Nizami criticised President Asif Ali Zardari for saying that India no longer remained a threat for Pakistan.
"President says Pakistan has no threat from India. If we don't have threat from India then who else is threat for us," he said.
Declaring Kashmir as an unfinished agenda of Pakistan, Nizami said Hafiz Saeed, leader of the banned terrorist outfit Jamaat-ud-Dawaa (JuD), was doing 'jihad' in Kashmir.
"America and India are thirsty of his (Saeed's) blood and that is the reason India is demanding Hafiz Saeed from us. India is perturbed from Jihad-e-Kashmir," he said adding, "We should beware of India, as it will not give us Kashmir without use of force."
Nizami urged the government to ban the Indian television channels, as they were promoting 'contagious' Indian culture in Pakistan.
He asked the teachers present in the workshop to impart ideological training to children and prepare them for 'jihad'.
"Jihad is ordained by Allah and we should struggle through pen, speech and if needed through sword," The Nation quoted Nizami, as saying. (ANI)
