New Delhi to host exhibition providing students fast track access to Australian Universities

New Delhi, Aug.12 (ANI): In order to provide Indian students with a fast track educational opportunity in Australia, an educational exhibition is being organized in New Delhi on August 16 by Navitas Australia.

The exhibition will be organized at The Lalit, Connaught Place.

The Australian Trade Commission and Australian Education International is organizing the exhibition.

Navitas Australia, which was established in 1994 and operates 21 colleges in five states, offers educational and higher education programmes and courses in high school, vocational studies, university pathways, undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes.

Navitas Australia and former Australian cricketer Steve Waugh had recently announced the joint launch of the Navitas Education Trust.

In India, the trust will work in conjunction with the Steve Waugh Foundation to provide funding for educational initiatives in less fortunate areas as well as identify source worthy recipients.

Speaking about the pathways exhibition, Navitas' group general manager-marketing, Tony Cullen, said: "Since 2003 we have been assisting Indian students achieve their goal of acquiring a high quality university education in Australia. Navitas is focused on providing student with a range of study options, choice and flexibility across it 13 locations and campuses in Australia."

"The exhibition allows us and our partner universities to meet directly with students and parents and provide information and counseling on study abroad and career options," Cullen added. ANI)

India swine flu death toll rises to 17
