Prosecute 26/11 perpetrators: HM to Pak

New Delhi, Jul 29: Home Minister P Chidambaram said to Pakistan on Wednesday, Jul 29 that there is enough evidence in the dossier to prosecute Jamaat-ud Dawa chief Hafiz Saeed, whom India has identified as prime accused in Mumbai attacks.

"They should not ask any more questions. Everything is contained in the dossier," P Chidambaram told reporters in New Delhi when asked to comment on Pakistan's claim that it does not have evidence to prosecute Saeed.

Chidambaram also said Pakistan has "enough evidence to prosecute the perpetrators... They should get on with their job."

Earlier, on Tuesday, Jul 28, Pakistan's Interior Minister Rehman Malik had said, "We do not have any proof against Hafiz Saeed. We have demanded and we are demanding from India that if you have proof, give (it to) us, but do not do propaganda."
