No cash to meet Arsenal's Premier League dream

London, July 9 (ANI): Arsenal do not have enough cash to finance Arsene Wenger's Premier League dream, claims their second-biggest shareholder.

The Sun quoted Russian Alisher Usmanov, as saying: "The board are confident they have adequate resources to strengthen the squad. We do not share their view."

Arsenal's only signing this summer has been Ajax defender Thomas Vermaelen for 10 million pounds. (ANI)
