Florida, Jul 4: Barack Obama spoke at the opening event of the revamped Hall of Presidents at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, on Friday, Jul 3 without really attending the event. It was not a video conference that took his message to the event, it was actually his robot!
The robotic version of the US president was added to the Hall of Presidents in Walt Disney World and the animated speaking figure of Obama played the lead role in the opening of the updated version of the Hall.
The Hall that was under the re-construction for eight months was reopened on the eve of the big July 4 holiday marking the Independence Day.
The robot spoke the same comments that the President had earlier recorded earlier for the event. The robot that was worked to perfection by Disney staffers was the result of the research they put in to learn the president's wardrobe to the mannerisms.
