Shiney Ahuja's bail plea hearing deferred to Jul 7

Mumbai, Jul 3: After the Andheri Metropolitan court extended Shiney Ahuja's Judicial custody, a sessions court on Friday, Jul 3 deferred the hearing of the Bollywood actor's bail plea till Tuesday, Jul 7 as the defence reportedly sought more time.

Defence lawyer Shivkant Shinde said he needed more time to go through the prosecution's reply and investigation reports.

The Bollywood actor has been detained since Jun 14 for allegedly raping his domestic help. His judicial custody that was supposed to end on Thursday, Jul 2 has been extended to Jul 16.

Mumbai, Jun 16: The medical report of the 18-year-old girl who alleged that Bollywood actor, Shiney Ahuja had raped her, has confirmed that she was sexually assaulted."We have received the medical report of the victim and it has corroborated what the victim has alleged against the actor in the FIR," Deputy Commissioner of Police Niket Kaushik was quoted as saying in a news agency report.The police have also sealed the room in Ahuja's house in which the crime.....
