Human Resource Ministry's 100 day plan- Highlights

New Delhi, Amid the increased attention on the Human Resource ministry due to the education reforms following the Yashpal Committee Report, Kapil Sibal revealed the ministry's 100 day plan on Thursday, Jun 25.

The highlights of the 100 day objectives of the new HRD ministry is given below:

  • Steps to ensure free and compulsory education for all
  • Right to free education to be presented to the parliament this season
  • Will add modern elements to madarassa education
  • Public-private partnership in education
  • No interference in religious education
  • Distance education over internet and broadband
  • National curriculum framework for teachers' education
  • Need for one examination board nation wide
  • Class 10 exam will be optional
  • CBSE schools will have grades for class 10 and 9
  • Independent agency to rate school education
  • Will ensure quality of education to all children
  • Independent body for accreditation of educational institutions
  • Independent agency to regulate setting up of universities and colleges
  • Law to prevent educational malpractices like ragging
  • Brain gain policy to attract world wide talent

please look into bp koirala institute of health sciences ,dharan ,nepal matter .its a govt of india project but medical council of india not ready to register its students on treaty basis
