Govt declares CPI-M a terrorist outfit, bans it

New Delhi, Jun 22: The Union government has banned the Communist Party of India- Maoist (CPI-M) by declaring it a terrorist organization.

Overriding the Left Front's opposition on the decision of banning the CPI-M, the Union Home Ministry issued the notification declaring the CPI-M a terrorist organization on Monday, Jun 22. Maintaining the Left front's stance Communist Party of India MP Gurudas Dasgupta said, "I do not approve this. By declaring this illegal the Maoist movement cannot be fought. It has to be fought politically."

Through the day, the Left front was divided over the issue. The Chief Minister of West Bengal, Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee on Saturday, Jun 20 had said that his government was considering banning the the CPI (Maoist) on the Centre's suggestion after he met the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Home Minister P Chidambaram.

CPI(ML) puts conditions to meet on Nandigram

Kolkata, May 13: The CPI(ML) today put forth a set of conditions to participate in an all-party meet on Nandigram.In a meeting with Forward Bloc chief Ashok Ghosh, CPI(ML) secretary Kartick Ghosh said they would take part in the discussion only if an inquiry was initiated into the killings during the period from January 3 to March 14.Mr Kartick Ghosh said the party also demanded that Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee come clear on the steps adopted by the.....

this is the time for the litrate terrorism because india have no stic rule for the slection and use of the talent .but the frustated persons by the govt rule know hoe to use the talent for their own perpouse
