Mumbai, Jun 17: Anupam Ahuja, wife of Shiney Ahuja rubbished of all reports that he has confessed to the crime. Although the evidences and reports say otherwise, Anupam firmly believes that her husband is an innocent man.
In a press conference held in Mumbai she said, "It is hard to believe the reports that come up with the new version everyday."
“It"s a 100 percent frame up. I do not know the reason or who did it but I know that he is innocent. I have been with him for the past 15 years, he is a gentleman. He doesn"t smoke or drink or goes to parties. He is not capable of doing such a crime. He is my man. I am proud of being Mrs Shiney Ahuja," the defiant wife said. “I don"t need to meet Shiney to know what he said to the police. My husband has not confessed to rape," Anupam said.
Anupam added that the film fraternity is supporting them. Earlier there were reports that Shiney had confessed to the crime of raping his 18-year-old domestic help on Sunday, Jun 14 afternoon at his Mumbai residence.
