Patna, Jun 11: Lalu Prasad Yadav, the RJD chief turned 62 on Thursday, Jun 11. He celebrated his birthday with family and friends amidst much fanfare.

Lalu was crowded by his family, friends and party workers on the occasion. He cut a grand cake which weighed 62 pounds. His wife Rabri Devi gifted him a bouquet of flowers wishing him a long life.

After celebrations at home Lalu met the party workers in Krishna Memorial Hall. This is the first time Lalu Prasad Yadav met his party workers after the huge disappointing failure in the recent Lok Sabha polls 2009.
