Lewis eyes a future in Hollywood

London, Jun 11: Lewis Hamilton wants to make a career in Hollywood when he quits Formula 1.

Hamilton said, "I want to try other things... I want to see if I can act." The Daily Star reports that currently, the McLaren ace has taken part in a new animated film.

Hamilton is currently dating Nicole Scherzinger, the lead singer of the American girl band Pussycat Dolls. He was awarded an MBE by the Queen in the 2009 New Year Honours.

Nuerburgring (Germany) July 21: McLaren cleared Lewis Hamilton to race in tomorrow's European Grand Prix after the Formula One championship leader escaped injury in a heavy qualifying crash. ''There is absolutely no medical reason that he can't race,'' McLaren team boss Ron Dennis told reporters after the 22-year-old Briton returned to the paddock from hospital today. Shanghai, Oct 7: McLaren's Fernando Alonso had prayed for a miracle to stay in the Formula One title chase after crashing out of last weekend's Japanese Grand Prix and his wish was granted in China today. But he may still need another, or at least ''some strange results and some very lucky moves'' as he put it, to be champion for a third year in a row.
