New Delhi, May 28: The second round of swearing-in ceremony will take place at the Rashtrapati Bhawan on Thursday, May 28 in which 59 new members are expected to be inducted into the Union Ministry.

With the induction of these new members, PM Manmohan Singh's team's total count is 79, just two short of the upper ceiling of 81. 14 ministers are of Cabinet rank and 45 ministers of state.

Tamil Nadu has gained 10 ministerial berths which is the highest for any state. Maharashtra stands second with nine berths. Ministers portfolios will be announced after the swearing-in ceremony. The swearing-in will take place at 1130 hrs IST. In the first round of swearing-in 19 ministers along with Manmohan Singh had been sworn in on May 22.

Lahore, Jan 14: No foreign leaders have been invited to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the US President elect Barack Obama, the US officials said. They also dismissed the reports about Pakistan President, Asif Ali Zardari attending Obama's swearing-in.According to the Daily Times, the invitations issued by the US Secretary of State have names of foreign ambassadors and their wives only, as guests for the ceremony in Washington DC on January 20.Earlier, a Pakistan official had said.....

Washington, Jan16: It would be the most expensive ceremony in the American history. US President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration on Jan 20 is expected to cost a whopping $150 million. Congrats to our PM's cabinet team and hope they stand to the expectations of Indians who voted them to power.Performance should be the criteria and effiency should be monitored and result to speak individual's caliber.Nobody to take it granted to continue as ministers without performing,half yearly progress and performance report only to allow them to be in office.
