Interpol removes red corner notice on Quattrocchi

Ottavio Quattrocchi - Bofors Scam
New Delhi, Apr 28: Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) reportedly has given clean chit to Ottavio Quattrocchi, one of the key accused in the controversial Bofors case. The central agency has also asked the Interpol to remove the red corner notice on the Italian businessman.

A media report suggest that Quattrocchi is not in the CBI's list of wanted persons too. The CBI is expected to formally inform the court of the same on Apr 30. The decision was taken after Attorney General Milon Banerjee reportedly called the Red Corner Notice a continuing embarrassment and the notice cannot remain in force forever, as two attempts to extradite Quattrocchi have already failed.Counsel of Quattrocchi had already asked for the removal of the notice in Oct 2008.

Reacting to the news, Congress spokesperson Abishek Sanghvi said that Bofors scam is not a poll issue for the Congress party and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is unnecessarily dragging late Rajiv Gandhi in the issue.

How interesting! Come to think of it our good friend Subramanyam Swamy is said to have made a statement alleging Sonia knew (or was behind) the murder, because Rajeev Gandhi planned to divorce her.

CBI has proof of Quattrocchi getting USD 7.32 mn says Ex- CBI director Joginder Singh. New Delhi, April 28, 2009 Former CBI director Joginder Singh on Tuesday claimed that the agency had proof that Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi had allegedly received USD 7.32 million as kickbacks in Rs 64 crore Bofors scam. There are documents with the CBI showing that Quattrocchi received USD 7.32 million. The documents have been given by the Swiss authorities themselves as per the former CBI director, who brought the documents from Switzerland. Quatttrocchi is the real father of Rahul Gandhi. August Recently Sonia released the frozen bribe money to her boyfriend. Now Congress will loose hevily in the general election and will not come to power and so she removes her son Rahul’s real father from the Bofors Interpol alert risking even the loss of votes. The way Sonia has released the frozen bribe money of Quattrocchi and now the withdrawl of Interpol notice points to some strange facts. It was reported the French intelligence was aware that Quattrocchi the boyfriend of Sonia Gandhi, paid for the assassination of Rajiv Gandhi. These facts could mean that Rahul Gandhi could be the son of Quattrocchi and Sonia Gandhi. In Cambridge most of the expatriates were part time pros. Sonia had three boyfriends while she was in London. Sonia was also seen by Delhi IIT students in the late night alone with her boyfriend Scindia. Quattrocchi the boyfriend of Sonia Gandhi was so influential with PM Rajiv Gandhi that bureaucrats used to stand up when Quattrocchi visited them. He could get ministers and bureaucrats sacked if they snubbed or challenged his authority. scribd.com/doc/954774/CAMBRIDGE-STUDENTS-FOR-SALE-SO-WAS-SONIA-GANDHI scribd.com/doc/13678722/Manmohan-Singh-the-ISI-CIA-Agent-Prime-Minister-of-India
