The all clear on his medical condition came after rumors that he had acquired it during his recent trip to Mexico.
Since his visit on April 16, the virulent flu has struck over 1,000 peeple, killing nearly 70 of them, including one person the President met at a museum.
"His doctors have advised him that his trip to Mexico has not put his health in any danger," said spokesman Josh Earnest.
White House aides declined to discuss what steps the President's doctors have taken, such as testing for the illness or inoculations, but one suggested he has not been tested. (ANI)
