Akbarpur, Apr 23 (ANI): A politician in Akbarpur of Uttar Pradesh has found a unique way of campaigning. He is distributing ice creams to lure voters.
Raja Ram Pal is the Congress party contestant. He was out on the streets pushing an ice cream trolley and distributing ice creams to children with his supporters following him.
Pal says he is only doing it to give respite to the people from the scorching heat. He is also promising to work for them if he wins.
"I am giving ice creams so that people get relief from the heat. And after I win the elections, I'll complete all the work that has been left pending for a long time now," he said.
His supporters believe that he would fulfill his promises.
"We hope and believe that he will work for us. The world is living on hope.
