Advani vows to bring back money from Swiss banks

Allahabad, Apr 9 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Lal Krishna Advani on Thursday said if voted to power, his party would bring back the Indian money stashed in the Swiss banks.

"The BJP will bring back the huge Indian wealth stashed in the Swiss bank and other tax havens abroad and the money will be put to use for the development of the country," he added.

Advani claimed that no government could be formed in the country without the support of either the BJP or the Congress.

"Don't take formations like the Third Front seriously," he added. (ANI)

New Delhi, Dec 18: Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha L K Advani today urged the Government to reject the Indo-US civil nuclear cooperation deal as there was no consensus on the issue either in Parliament or among the political parties, UPA allies and scientists. Mumbai, Dec 12: Member of Central Guidance Board of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Swami Vishveshwaranand Giri today said former Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani, who had organised 'Rathyatra' for the Ramjanmabhoomi, had done it in the interest of their own party and later when the party came to power it did not do much for the same.
