Nithari case verdict on Apr 15

Ghaziabad, Apr 2: The verdict in second trial of sensational Nithari Killings case was postponed by the local court to Apr 15. The court had earlier convicted and ordered death penalty for the key accused MoninderSingh Pandher and his man servant Surinder Kohli in another case related to Nithari killings.

However, in the present Arthi murder case only Kohli is accused. Arti went missing in the afternoon of Oct 25, 2006 and three days later, police found her remains buried behind Pandher's house in Nithari.

New Delhi, Nov 17: The CBI has said the retraction by father of one of the victims in the Nithari killings would not affect the case which was progressing well. Talking to the sources, CBI Director Vijay Shankar yesterday said the witness had not turned hostile but only backtracked from some of the allegations he had made in his earlier statement. 22 children missing from Delhi slum

New Delhi, Feb 18: Is this another Nithari Killings? In just one week, six teenagers have gone missing from an East Delhi colony. Atleast 22 children go missing in past four years. There is no similar pattern to the disappearances of the kids, claims police. This is just like in the case of the Nodia murders where cops could no like similar pattern to the missing cases.On Feb 10, girls and boys in the age group of 14 to 16.....
