Now Jaspal Bhatti wants to become PM

Chandigarh, Mar 17: Bollywood's comedian-actor Jaspal Bhatti is all set to perform a new role of a politician. Bhatti is planning to contest the coming Lok Sabha polls 2009 with his newly-formed 'Recession Party'. Contesting from Chandigarh Lok Sabha seat Bhatti told mediapersons that he too wants to become Prime Minister.

He decided to contest with his party to overcome his own joblessness and improve his own financial status during this recession age. Bhatti announced that his party would openly encourage more slums around the city to help him with votes in future elections.

"These slums will also help us win more Oscar awards in the future," Inciting laughter among the audience Bhatti said, "I will not spend a penny in these elections...I mean I will not spend a penny from my own pocket," Bhatti announced at Chandigarh's business hub of Sector 17.
