Chelsea's billonaire owner Abramovich to buy 60 million pound Caribbean estate

London, Mar.13 (ANI): He may have been affected by the global meltdown, but billionaire owner of the Chelsea Football Club, Roman Abramovich, has decided to fork out an astonishing 60 million pounds to buy a Caribbean estate.Abramovich is estimated to have lost two thirds of his 15 billion pound fortune, but has still "fallen in love" with the two-acre plot on St Barts.

The idyllic spot boasts a deep-water mooring with enough space for his three super yachts.One of his vessels, Ecstasea, was seen anchored there during his most recent holiday with former model girlfriend Daria Zhukova, 27.

A source said yesterday: "Mr. Abramovich stayed on the estate over Christmas and fell in love with it. He said he wanted to buy it and there was no haggling."

Abramovich's aides yesterday denied claims that he has lost all but 3 billion pounds of his fortune. (ANI)
