Mulayam hopeful of alliance with Congress in days to come

Lucknow, Feb 20 (ANI): Samajwadi Party (SP) chief and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Mulayam Singh Yadav on Friday said a tie-up with the Congress is likely to materialize in days to come.

"Our alliance with Congress will be materialize in the days to come," Mulayam Singh said.

The SP chief also talked about his friendship with former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh and said his party was free to take and give support to anyone in the elections.

Replying to comment on BJP's prime ministerial candidate Lal Krishna Advani's visit to a gym, where he tried his hands on dumbels and exercising machines, Yadav said, "A man is young by heart. If Advani is young why do you have problems? I pray for his health. He should remain hail and hearty," Yadav said. (ANI)
