London, Feb 12 (ANI): Brit actor Daniel Radcliffe took time out from his busy schedule to visit his Harry Potter stunt double who was convalescing in a London hospital after he suffered injuries while performing on the set.

David Holmes, 25, the stunt double, suffered serious back injury after falling from a harness at Leavesden Studios, in Hertfordshire, England, while filming a flying scene during rehearsal for new movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, reports the Daily Express.

He was recently transferred to a specialist spinal unit at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in north London where he underwent surgery.

Radcliffe, who was in New York at the time of the incident, recently flew back to the U.K. and went to visit his pal in the medical facility on February 11, along with Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy in the Potter movies.

Felton's girlfriend Jade Olivia, who was seen crying outside the hospital after the emotional visit, also accompanied the two. (ANI)
