aarushi murder
New Delhi, Jan 3: The Aarushi murder case investigations have resumed back and the CBI is now scanning every minute detail. According to a Times of India (TOI) report, the investigators have called back Krishna and Raj Kumar from Nepal for re-investigations. A CBI spokesperson told TOI, "The investigations in the case have by no means been dropped.''

Naresh Yadav and F C Sharma, the accused's (Raj Kumar and Krishna) lawyers confirmed their return to Noida.

TOI report that Krishna's lawyer, Sharma told that the CBI is planning to interrogate seven-year old nephew of Krishna and the officials have also taken the fingerprints of Vir Bahadur Thapa -- the accused's elder brother, who had worked as a compounder in the Talwar's Noida clinic.

Meanwhile, speaking to TOI, a CBI spokesman on Friday, Jan 2 said, "Even Dr Rajesh and Nupur Talwar are being questioned. Nobody has been given a clean chit at any stage. We will file our chargesheet whenever we get any evidence or make any recoveries.''

It is also understood that CBI sleuths have seized some pathological report papers on the autopsy of 14-year-old Aarushi from the Noida district hospital where allegations have been made of some overwriting, reports suggested.

Aarushi Talwar, a DPS Noida student was found murdered on the morning of May 16, 2008 in her bed at her home at L-32, Sector 25, in Noida. The family's domestic help Hemraj was found murdered the next morning on the terrace of the Talwar's home.
