Pondy CM calls on Lt Gov

Puducherry, Aug 26 (UNI) Chief Minister N Rangasamy today called on Lt Governor Govind Singh Gurjar at the Rajnivas here.

Both of them were closetted for about 20 minutes. Later, Mr Rangasamy told newspersons he discussed administrative matters with the Lt Governor and there was no political significance in his visit.

It was learnt the Chief Minister dicussed with the Lt Governor the violent incidents which took place after the CLP meeting in which Union Minister V Narayansami's car was attacked.
