Allahabad, Aug 26 (UNI) Former Union Minister for Human Resource Development and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Murli Manohar Joshi today cursed the Central and the state governments for their abusive policies and alleged that both the governments had failed at every front.
