Kay Pee extends greetings to people on Janamashtmi

Chandigarh, Aug 22 (UNI) Punjab Congress President Mohinder Singh Kay Pee has extended his greetings to the people on the eve of Shri Krishan Janam Ashtami.

In a message on the occasion, he said that lord Krishna is a "Karam Yogi" of all ages and his teachings of "Karma" in Geeta are relevant for people all around the world.

Whenever the evil surpasses good, the incarnation of God appears to end the evil forces, which is the true teaching of lord Krishna, said Mr Kay Pee.

A woman dies, another injured in road mishap

Phagwara, Aug 22 (UNI) One young woman was killed while her friend sustained critical injuries in a road mishap near here today. Indo-UK armies to conduct joint exercises
