HYSEA organizes workshop on 'Cloud Computing'

Hyderabad, Aug 22 (UNI) Hyderabad Software Exporters Association (HYSEA), an apex body representing Software Industry in Andhra Pradesh is organising India's first-ever workshop on 'Cloud computing'tomorrow.

Progress Software India and Google India Inc are actively supporting the workshop. Cloud Computing experts from Hyderabad, Bangalore and US will share their perspectives and experiences with Virtualization, SaaS and PaaS (Platform as a service). The workshop will have technical sessions on the infrastructure, design approaches and case studies presented.

In a statement here, HYSEA President Narsimha Rao said, ''One of the focus areas for HYSEA is to promote forums in the local IT community around emerging trends in the industry.

Cloud Computing presents businesses around the world with an exciting prospect of exploiting technology without the upfront investments required in the traditional models.

497 fruit trucks, 809 load carriers ply on Kashmir highway

Srinagar, Aug 22 (UNI) As many as 1404 trucks, 497 of them loaded with fruits, left the Kashmir Valley for Jammu and other parts of the country in the last 24 hours, an official spokesman said today. Bhattal condemns lathicharge on farmers
