Golden Gate to build low-cost budget flats

Bangalore, Aug 23: Golden Gate Properties, one of the leading realtors in the South, launched a unique residential real estate project near the city offering low-cost dwelling flats with all the facilities including mini-stadium, swimming pool and other facilities.

Speaking after launching 'The Commune' here last night, Golden Gate Properties Managing Director K Pratap said the project which was designed by the world renowned architect Andy Fischer has deployed smart and innovative use of modern construction technology which had brought down the cost of construction to be delivered at an affordable price.

He said the project will offer 2500 world-class living space priced Rs 19 lakhs onwards for 2BHK and 3BHK homes spread over 900 Sq ft to 1500 sq ft.

Stating that the project will remain as a brand for the common people and have plans to roll out the brand in ten cities within next 18 months, including in Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Chennai, Cochin, Mysore, Belgaum and other places.

The project, a self sufficient community living space spred over 30 acres and consisting of lifestyle features, including lush courtyards, quaint walkways, baks, restaurangs medical clinic, school and amphitheatre will be ready within 18 months.

Cauvery: Complete shutdown of K'taka on Feb 12

Bangalore, Feb 10: Karnataka will be completely shutdown on Feb 12 from 6 am to 6pm to support statewide bandh called by Kannada organisations against the Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal verdict.
