Mumbai, Aug 21: Private sector lender Yes Bank, in association with global network solution provider Cisco, on announced the launch of--'yes touch phone banking services'--to support customers for their business queries and transactions.
The sevice will be controlled through the bank's interactive experience centre at Gurgaon. In collaboration with Cisco's network communication technologies, it will provide integrated phone banking facility to the customer through integrated access via multiple channels including email, web-chat, IVR and speech-enabled contact centre, Yes Bank Country Head, Direct Banking, Ravishankar told mediapersons here today.
He said initially the bank is introducing this phone banking service based on four digit TPIN number, which can be used by the customer by choosing a local phone number to call in any of the states in India. But, later on it will be based on voice-recognition system, which will be developed after setting up a voice-bank for the customers.
