Police nab suspecetd SIMI activist

Hyderabad, Aug 21 (UNI)The city police today picked up a suspected activist of the Students Islamic Movement of India(SIMI) in connection with the recent terror attacks.

Police sources said the suspected activist Syed Hussain who was searching for a job in the city, was picked up here. He was being questioned about any connection with various bomb blasts in the city and other parts of the country.

Police handed him over to the Special Investigation Team for further investigation.

UBI opens new branch in Chennai
