PBEL India launches PBEL City

Hyderabad, Aug 21: PBEL India, the city-based new age property developer, announced the first phase launch of its flagship project 'PBEL CITY', a fully contained township of 13 residential and two commercial towers. Each tower will be 19 stories high, 12 flats at each level. When completed, Phase-1 will house 500 families. 'PBEL City', located near AP Police Academy junction and on second ORR exit in Rajendranagar Mandal, offers natural surroundings with modern-day luxuries.

Executive Director Anand Reddy said to the media, ''PBEL City is our first offering to the city, giving an opportunity to the denizens to live life to the fullest. A major feature of the project was that 83 per cent of the land is open to sky. Another attractive aspect is a natural lake in 35 plus acres adjoining 'PBEL CITY', which we are developing and beautifying".

Mr Anand said the homes have been designed by reputed international architects and have pleasant interiors and elegant external views. Intelligent space planning ensured that every part of the house was designed with care and thought to accommodate every need.

PBEL City will be a gated-community, featuring all the modern facilities, including well laid-out gardens, play and recreation facilities, community and interaction centres for the families. The developers were also planning to provide infrastructure facilities like shopping, entertainment centres, among others.

PBEL India, which is a joint venture between PBC, Electra Real Estate, both from Israel, and INCOR from India, was planning mega- projects across the city and in other parts of the country.
