CLA launches twin luxury real estate projects in Mysore

Bangalore, Aug 21 (UNI) Capital Land Assets, a group company of the Rs 5000-crore Alliance Group, today announced the launch of its maiden residential project-'Palm Springs and Palm County', in Mysore city.

The two projects offer world-class amenities for luxurious living.

Announcing this here, Manoj Namburu, Chairman and Managing Director of Alliance Group, said Palm Springs would have 100 tastefully-designed villas in the sizes of 2000 sq ft to 3100 sq ft costing Rs 70 lakh to Rs 1.25 crore.

Palm County would be a residential layout with plots available in the sizes ranging from 2400 sq ft to 4000 sq ft carrying a price of Rs 24 lakh to Rs 40 lakh.

Alliance group had launched residential projects in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.

Recently, the group had launched Real Estate TV, country's first channel dedicated to real estate and infrastructure.

Mumbai, Aug 21 (UNI) Prices of groundnutseed and its oil remained steady today on scattered buying by stockists, while RBD Palmolein eased on lack of fresh demand by stockists, traders at the Bombay Commodity Exchange said. In oils (10 kgs), Refined palmolein and cottonseed (refined) fell by Rs 2 per ten kgs, on lower buying support. Even, castor comm and kandla moved down by Rs 5 and Rs 8 per ten kgs on sluggish demand by bulk.....

New Delhi, Aug 21: Hundreds of activists including Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Pravin Togadia and some Delhi BJP lawmakers were arrested temporarily on Thursday, Aug 20 for demanding the transfer of land to the Amarnath shrine.
