Dr Talwar brought to residence for investigation

Noida, Jun 3: Dr Rajesh Talwar, the prime accused in the Aarushi murder case, was today brought to his residence in Jal Vayu Vihar amid tight security for further investigations. The 15-member CBI team brought the dentist at his Noida residence in Sector 25 at around 1055 hrs.

The CBI searched his house till 0100 hrs and questioned his wife, Nupur Talwar, to verify her earlier information. A day after taking over the case CBI also questioned suspended Station House Officer D R Nanoria and recorded his statement. Noida Chief Judicial Magistrate A K Singh yesterday granted the CBI one-day police remand of Dr Talwar.
