Parsvnath Developers expects Rs 120 cr from Jamnagar project

New Delhi, Apr 24 (UNI) Launching the first integrated group housing and commercial mall project at Jamnagar in Gujarat, Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said it expects a revenue of Rs 120 crore from the project over three financial years.

The country's leading real estate firm said the project is being developed on total land area of 13,200 square metres at Jamnagar Khambalia highway.

It said in a statement the project offers residential and commercial facilities designed for customers.

Parsvnath already has two projects in Ahmedabad where company is developing mall-cum-hotel project at Vejalpur and commercial project in Vastrapur.

Jammu, Apr 24 (UNI) Former Haryana Governor Babu Parmanand died here today at his residence after a prolonged illness. He was 75. ''Babu Parmanand expired here this morning at his Gandhi Nagar residence after a prolonged illness,'' an official source said. His last rites would take place at Shashtri Nagar cremation ground at 1700 hrs, source informed. NPF to create Upper House in Assembly

Kohima, Apr 24: Nagaland Peoples Front (NPF) has resolved to take initiative to form Upper House (Legislative Council) in the Nagaland Assembly. Party sources today said the decision was taken in the Front's Central Executive Council(CEC) meeting at their central office here yesterday. It was decided to work towards increasing the seats in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly from the present strength of 60 to 80.
