Rajkot, Apr 22 (UNI) Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today paid rich tributes to veteran Chimanbhai Shulka, erstwhile Janasangh leader and former MP.
Shukla, veteran BJP leader and advocate by profession, was suffering from inter-spial lung disease and had been admitted in Wockhardt Hospital here since last few days, where he died yesterday morning.
The Chief Minister arrived here this evening from Gandhinagar in a helicopter and drove straight to Rashtiya Shala, where 'Prathana Sabha' (condolonce meeting) was held for the departed leader.
After the brief visit to the city, the Chief Minister flew back to Gandhinagar.
