Court to pronounce Katara judgement date on May 14

New Delhi, Apr 22 (UNI) A city court today put off till May 14 the hearing to decide the date of the pronouncement of the judgement in Nitish Katara murder case.

After the conclusion of arguments of prosecution and defence, Additional Session Judge Ravinder Kaur also directed both parties to file the return arguments till April 30 this year.

Vikas Yadav and Vishal Yadav, son and nephew of former Rajya Sabha member D P Yadav, allegedly kidnapped and later murdered Nitish after picking him up from a marriage party at Ghaziabad on February 16, 2002.

Nitish, a business executive, was romantically involved with Bharti Yadav, the sister of prime accused, Vikas Yadav.

Change in group not to deter Tehran's policy: Iran

Dubai, Dec 12: Iran has said withdrawal of a key official heading the negotiating group on Iran-India gas pipeline project would not mean any change in Tehran's policy towards gas supplies to the Indian subcontinent.
