AJ Trust to set up Indo-Russian hospitals

Tiruchirapalli, Apr 22: The Chennai-based AJ Trust Educational Consultancy, recognized by the Russian Health and Education Ministries will set up Indo-Russian hospitals in selected cities in Tamil Nadu to offer healthcare to the needy at affordable cost, Consultancy Director A Najeerul Ameen said.

Addressing a press conference here last night, Dr Ameen said the proposed hospitals would provide cheap and best treatment for heart, kidney ailments and surgeries at affordable cost compared to corporate hospitals in the state.

Besides this, the joint project hospitals would also provide doctors job to those who have completed their medical degrees at Russia, he added.

He said the Trust was functioning as a nodal agency for selecting Indian students for Medical and Engineering studies in Russian universities.

Dr Ameen and his team were here to provide spot admissions for medical degrees in Russian universities.

So far 65 spot admissions were given in Chennai, Madurai and Tiruchirapalli, Dr Ameen said adding spot admissions camps would be held at Salem, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Indore, Nagpur, Pune, Goa, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Raipur, Delhi, Jaipur besides Dubai in the next few days.

TNTF stage demo opposing VAT in city
