Bhopal, Apr 19: Nine people, including three bar dancers from Mumbai, were arrested from a hotel here last night for immoral trafficking, police said.
The bar dancers along with their local agent Jyoti, three customers, hotel owner Kanhaiyalal and kingpin of the sex racket Raja were arrested from the hotel located in Bairagarh area.
The raid was conducted on a tip-off and a police constable was sent as a decoy customer, Jehangirabad City Superintendent of Police D S Tomar said.
He said Raja was running the racket for a long time and was absconding in two previous cases. He used to bring bar dancers from Mumbai on a 'fortnightly package'.
