Washington, Apr 16 : 'Spiderman' star Tobey Maguire has laughed off rumours that he will soon be welcoming his second child into the world.

America's In Touch magazine reported that Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer were soon going to be parents for the second time, and that they are "over-the-moon happy" with the baby news.

A friend told the mag: "Jen's doing great. She had an easy pregnancy last time around, so this time it should also be a breeze... They want at least three kids."

However, the rumours have been shot down by the actor's reps.

"This is 100 per cent false," Contactmusic quoted a rep, as saying.

Meyer and Maguire wed last year (07), and are parents to a 17 months old daughter Ruby.
