Ex-IPS official's son injured as revolver accidentally goes off

Hyderabad, Apr 16 (UNI) A former IPS official's son Ramesh received bullet injuries when his licenced revolver went off accidentally while he was loading it, here today.

Police said the official Babji's son was injured in his left thigh.

He was rushed to a corporate hospital where his condition is stated to be stable.

Ramesh is working as a software engineer for an IT company in Hitech city. Police have booked a case and are investigating.

Parachinar, Pakistan, Aug 4: A suicide car bomber killed at least four people and wounded several others in an attack in the town of Parachinar near the Afghan border, hospital and paramilitary officials said. The bodies and wounded were taken to a hospital in Parachinar, the main town of the Kurram tribal region, according to Dr Haneef Jan. Kabul, July 28: Three NATO troops and an Afghan soldier have been killed in two separate clashes with insurgents in Afghanistan, the alliance said. The identities of the NATO soldiers were not given.
