New HR and Operation Directors for Cleartrip



Mumbai, Apr 14 (ANI/Business Wire India): Cleartrip recently appointed Ajit Singh as Director - Human Resource and Manjula Mani as Director - Operations.

Ajit will lead the HR function and all HR initiatives that will help make Cleartrip an employer of choice while Manjula will be overseeing the operations and customer service team for Cleartrip; with a particular emphasis on raising the service bar.

He joins Cleartrip.com from Kale Consultants limited, where he was managing its HR globally. His job profile included organisation design and development, manpower planning, resourcing, training and development, performance management, rewards and recognition and employee relations.

Ajit comes with a rich experience of 12 years in the HR function and has earned supreme goodwill amongst his peers.

His core competence lies in strategic HR initiatives like change management, organisation design and performance management.

"Cleartrip is a fast growing, young and vibrant organisation with a lot of enthusiasm. Manjula joins Cleartrip from WNS. She brings with her rich and diverse experience of over 11 years in the travel and BPO industry working with some premier international organisations, including Travelocity and Thomas Cook.

'India sought only 3 suspects, not 20'
