Pune, Apr 12 (UNI) Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at few places in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Jammu and Kashmir, south Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Nicobar, and Lakshadweep.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, coastal Orissa, West Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, north Rajasthan, coastal Andhra Pradesh, north Tamil Nadu, south interior Karnataka and Andaman.

Mainly dry weather will prevail in north Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, east Uttar Pradesh, south Rajasthan, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Rayalaseema, and coastal and north interior Karnataka.

Day temperatures were appreciably to markedly above normal in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, coastal Orissa, east Rajasthan, Konkan, Goa, coastal Andhra Pradesh and in some parts of west Rajasthan, Madhya Maharashtra and Vidarbha. They were above normal in west Uttar Pradesh, north Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, north Madhya Pradesh and in some parts of east Uttar Pradesh, south Madhya Pradesh and Saurashtra. They were below normal in Kutch and in some parts of Tamil Nadu.
