Afghan: Suicide attack kills 2 Indian engineers

Herat (Afghanistan), Apr12: Two engineers of India's Border Roads Organisation (BRO) were killed and six injured today when a suicide bomber blew up in the remote southwestern Afghan province of Nimroz. The engineers and workers were working on a bridge, when they were attacked. No one has claimed responsibility so far. However, the Taliban is said to be behind the attack. The Taliban is fighting to expel foreign forces and bring down Afghanistan's Western-backed government since 2001.

Act fast, if not India may strike: McCain to Pak

Washington, Dec 7: US Senator and Former Presidential candidate John McCain said on Saturday, Dec 6, he believes that if Pakistan did not take necessary action against the individuals and groups linked to 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, India will conduct air strikes on select targets in Pakistan. He added that there is enough evidence of the involvement of former ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) officers in the planning and execution of the Mumbai strikes. Senator McCain was in Islamabad with a Senate.....
