Geodesic Info to set up subsidiary in Mauritius

New Delhi, Apr 10 (UNI) Geodesic Information Systems Ltd today said it has decided to establish a subsidiary company in Mauritius to streamline its stake in its subsidiaries.

The subsidiary will also enable better integration and a smoother flow of information and operation, a statement said.

Geodesic opeartions involve developing innovative mobile solutions for information, communication and entertainment.

Mangalore, Apr 1: An Australian bridegroom tied the knot with a girl from West Germany following full Hindu customs at the Sri Kshetra Dharmastala here.
