Five arrested with firearms

Dumka, Apr 10 (UNI) Five people with firearms were arrested from Barmasia village under Shikaripara police station in the district last night.

Police today said a revolver, about Rs 50,000 in cash and ornaments worth Rs 40,000 were recovered from them.

The miscreants had been identified.

Karachi, May 12: At least four people were killed and many others injured today as Pakistan's main business center, Karachi, turned into a battlefield on the arrival of suspended top judge Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry in the city to address Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA). Intense exchange of fire and clashes between opposition supporters of Justice Chaudhry and pro-government Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) left at least four people killed and many others injured in areas.....
